www.ixl.com -math practice with many grade level skills, the program is intended to be purchased by systems and then provides a bunch of tracking info and charts on progress, for straightforward practice of a specific skill you can go to the practice tab and do all the math you want without paying anything (you just don't get the fancy charts)
www.sophia.org - I had to list the site a second time(also on the for teachers page), the lesson packets provided on this site are great. The information could easily be used with your class projector to help make math more interesting, provide examples to do as a class, and some neat hands on/applicable to the real world experiments.
www.aplusmath.com - This site has homework helper(could be used in class to help a student with independent work), flashcards, printable and online worksheets, and games. I liked the Matho game, it is like Bingo with Math problems.
www.kidsnumbers.com - has math games for kids and lots of online math practice. There are games that teach foundation lessons, they go in sequence to teach key math concepts. Foundation skills are available for the four basic operations in the tabs to the left. Could be a daily center assignment when students have finished their classwork.
algebra.mrmeyer.com This wonderful man has put 36 weeks of pre made algebra lessons with power points and handouts for EVERY week. Why reinvent the wheel people? The power points are pretty straightforward and you can tell the guy had a sense of humor. He also has 38 weeks of geometry powerpoints and handouts too. Geometry.mrmeyer.com
